Clinical Neuropsychologist and Founder
Dr Emma Fitzgerald
Dr Emma Fitzgerald is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who has practised in the public and private sectors since 2001 and now works in private practice only. Emma has extensive experience in a wide range of assessments, including medico-legal, forensic, diagnostic, rehabilitation and capacity assessments. She is passionate about improving the lives of those who live with hidden disability. She also lectures Clinical Psychology Masters students.

Neuropsychologist
Dr Natalie Kukumberg
Dr Natalia Kukumberg is a registered Psychologist with endorsement in clinical neuropsychology (PSY0001223807). She has practiced Clinical Neuropsychology in the private and public sectors since 2004, with 16 years of experience working in brain injury rehabilitation. Natalia’s experience extends to all aspects of adult neuropsychology, including brain injury and other neurological conditions, neurodegeneration, mental illness and rehabilitation.

Psychologist
Ashley Raymond
Ashlee is a psychologist with a passion for working with the brain injury community. She understands that every person and every brain injury is different, so her evidence-based approaches are tailored to each individual’s needs. Psychology services are offered through a combination of face to face and telehealth appointments. Ashlee offers support for:
• Grief and early adjustment to living with an ABI
• Emotional regulation skills
• Managing anxiety and depression
• Building and maintaining healthy relationships
• Improving sleep, and managing fatigue
• Treatment for symptoms of PTSD
• Establishing a new sense of identity and purpose in life with an ABI

Shannen Buckland
Shannen is a Clinical Neuropsychologist working in both the public and private sectors. She has experience with brain injury, mental illness, disability, paediatric assessment and other neurological disorders.

Neuropsychologist
Carla McDonnell
Carla is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with extensive experience working with people with acquired brain injury. Carla is also experienced in working with NDIS participants, and those with complex neuropsychological presentations. We look forward to welcoming Carla back from exteneded leave in June 2026

Occupational Therapist
Cressida Jones
Cressida has wide experience in both private and public sectors of neurological rehabilitation and mental health services. She is equipped to establish a clear understanding of each preson's experience and the multitude of factors that contribute to such experiences. With a collaborative, client driven approach Cressida develops clear goals and facilitates positive changes for her clients.

Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr Jasmine Roy
Jasmine a Clinical Neuropsychologist with extensive experience across public and private healthcare settings. She has spent several years working within major hospital and rehabilitation services, supporting individuals with brain injury, neurological conditions, and complex mental health presentations. Jasmine has a strong interest in comprehensive neuropsychological assessment and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support diagnostic clarification, rehabilitation planning, and functional outcomes for clients and their families.
Her approach is client-centred and goal-focused, drawing on evidence-based strategies to provide practical and meaningful recommendations. She is passionate about supporting individuals to maximise independence, adjust to change, and improve quality of life.

Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar
Cindy Pasquini
Cindy works across public and private sectors, with experience primarily spanning private practice and both inpatient and outpatient brain injury rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in traumatic brain injury, stroke, and neurodegenerative conditions. Cindy takes a warm, person-centred approach, striving to provide meaningful feedback to help individuals and their families better understand these changes and how they affect everyday life.

Practice Manager
Kelly Machell
Kelly is our friendly Practice Manager who is there to support you and assist with any questions you may have. She can be contacted Monday to Friday between 9m and 3pm on 0491 036 122.

Administration
Emily Jones
Emily works behind the scenes, supporting the practitioners and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Emily has a Bachelor of Music and is also studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.
